Theodore Michael Zink

Beloved husband of 39 years to Kathy; adored father of Theodore Edward Zink; dear brother of Barry (Jan) Zink, Cheryl (Edward) Borowski, and the late Patricia Zink; loving brother-in-law of Karen (Mark) Sawicki; proud uncle to Jennifer Borowski, Stephanie (Dan) Stubleski, Stacy (Chris) Willner, Eric Gargus, Laura Gargus, Matthew Zink, Joshua (Caroline) Sawicki, Jacob Sawicki, and Janelle Sawicki. Ted is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.

Ted was born on December 5, 1953 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Theodore Rudolph and Genevieve Zink. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, and fishing. Ted enjoyed his season tickets to the Red Wings, collecting LP’s and CD’s, and challenging his family members to Words With Friends games.

The family will greet friends from 10:00am until time of Memorial Service at 11:00am on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at St. Thomas Lutheran Church, 23801 Kelly Rd., Eastpointe, MI 48021. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Ted's honor to the St. Thomas Lutheran Church General Fund.
