Skyler is and was an extraordinary old soul who brought immense joy and light to everyone who knew him.
A passionate gamer, Skyler loved playing Fortnite with his Mama, cousins, and Nana. His skill and dedication were unmatched, often carrying the team to victory. He also cherished playing Roblox, sharing countless hours of fun with his cousins and even roping Mama into the excitement. Recently, he used his Christmas money to buy a Meta Quest 3 VR headset, which brought him great joy in the days before his passing.
Skyler had a special fondness for anything with a motor that he could drive. Be it a four-wheeler, a golf cart, or even just the lawn mower, Skyler was always happiest behind the wheel. Skyler’s favorite time of year was Halloween. He was at his happiest scaring people on Coleman Street dressed as either a Jester clown or “Sam” from Trick-R-Treat. His love for the "Halloween" franchise and the treasured moments he shared with James Jude Courtney were among his fondest memories, with signed Michael Myers masks proudly displayed above his bed.
A devoted cat lover, Skyler shared a unique bond with his cat, Molly, who reserved her affectionate kisses just for him.
Skyler was overjoyed to be part of Jay’s Juniors, where he formed lasting connections with the wonderful people involved in the program. He was able to go to Disney and many WWE events thanks to his dear friends at iHeartRadio. Jay & Cody specifically held an extra special place in his heart.
Skyler’s dreams of visiting Cedar Point, returning to Universal Studios, and experiencing Las Vegas again were always close to his heart. As you visit these places, please carry a memory of him with you.
Skyler's strength and resilience were evident from his very first breath, and his mother, Christina Kurzatkowski (Pfromm), watched in awe as he navigated life's challenges with courage. His kindness, wisdom, and old soul made him an incredible person to be around. Despite the typical teenage attitude, Skyler's joyful spirit and infectious smile left a lasting impact on everyone he met.
Skyler is survived by his loving mother, Christina Kurzatkowski (Pfromm); father, Dennis Kurzatkowski; and adoring sister, Emalyn Kurzatkowski. He leaves behind his beloved grandparents: Delphine & Jon Bono, Dwayne Kurzatkowski, Candice (Donald) Stevens, and Laura (Marc) Boschi. From his Mother: “Skyler, my Bubba, my Sugar Booger… You were the strongest person I've ever known. Watching you face life's challenges with unwavering strength filled me with awe. Your kindness, wisdom, and joy touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing you. Though you have left us far too soon, your memory will live on in our hearts forever.
