Mark Francis Scribner, age 69, of Southfield, Michigan passed away, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, December 8, 2022. He was born August 14, 1953 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Charles & Dolores (James) Scribner.
Mark married the love of his life, Jacline Branford on December 16th 1989, and they renewed their vows on December 16, 2021. He was a devout catholic who loved to attend church, enjoy a glass of wine, and pray his Rosary. Mark attended Assumption Grotto and Church of the Transfiguration - but was known to attend other Catholic Church's when nearby. He worked for Mcdonald modular solution for 45 years and WillScot Mobil Mini for 1 year.
Mark is survived by his loving wife, Jackie; his siblings, Michael (Carol) Scribner and Maria Scribner. Also surviving are Jesse (Porsche) Young, the late James (Stacey) Williams-Bey, Shalonda Williams, Natasha (Kaizer) Grady, Kanisha (Christopher) Borden, Ashley, Tiana, Aniya and many loving family members. He was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Paul Scribner, Jude Scribner, Christopher (Toni) Scribner, Kathleen Scribner, Joseph Scribner; and 2 grandsons, Daniel & Kaizar.
An instate for Mark will be held Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 9:30 am until the funeral service at 10 am at Assumption Grotto, 13770 Gratiot Ave, Detroit, Michigan 48205. Burial will be at Assumption Grotto, Detroit, Michigan.
