James (Jim) Edward Johnson, age 56, of Wyandotte, Michigan passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022. He was the devoted husband of Corinne Johnson; Loving father of Malarie Wludyka (Cameron) and Jacob Johnson; Adored brother of Cheryl Tosoian (Leo); Treasured uncle of Ashleigh Tosoian and Zachary Tosoian; Dear nephew of Mark Harless. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carol and Jim Johnson.
Jim was born on September 23rd, 1966 in Logan, West Virginia to James and Carol Johnson. He worked for Chrysler for the past 23 years and was looking forward to enjoying retirement with his wife Corinne. Jim had a passion for old cars, motorcycles, and enjoyed spending time at his cabin up north with his wife and dogs Sheba and Buster. Above all else, Jim cherished his wife Corinne and his children Malarie and Jacob.
Jim will forever be remembered for his sense of humor, generosity, and cut off shirts. He made a lasting impression on anyone who was lucky enough to meet him. He was truly one of a kind and he will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
A visitation will be held Monday, December 5, 2022 from 1-8 PM at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Road, Clinton Township, MI 48038. A brief visitation will follow Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 11 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12 PM, also at Resurrection Funeral Home.
