Giuseppe is survived by his children, Rosolino DiMaggio, Rosa DiMaggio, and Matteo DiMaggio; his brother Domenico DiMaggio; his sister-in-law Tracy (Hager) DiMaggio; and his nephews Dennis DiMaggio and Russell DiMaggio. He is predeceased by his parents, Rosolino DiMaggio and Rosa (LoVasco) DiMaggio and his nephews Nicholas DiMaggio and Zachary DiMaggio.
Giuseppe was born in Detroit, Michigan on September 22, 1970. He graduate from East Detroit High School in 1988, then joined the Navy to serve his country. He was stationed in California and served in Desert Storm/Desert Shield. Upon returning home with an honorable discharge, Giuseppe was employed at Farmer Jack/Kroger for 20+ years.
Giuseppe was a family man. He adored his three beautiful children who were the most important part of his life. He also loved his brother, sister-in-law, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. Joe was a deep thinker with a caring heart. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.
A visitation will be held Thursday, September 22, 2022 (his birthday) from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Rd, Clinton Township, Michigan 48038. An in-state will follow Friday, September 23, 2022 at 9:00 AM, until time of funeral mass at 9:30 AM at St. Michael Catholic Church, 40501 Hayes Rd, Sterling Heights, Michigan 48313. Final resting place, Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township, Michigan.
