Eric Adkins, age 62 passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023. Eric was born in Detroit, Michigan to Fred Ray Adkins and Shirley Davis. He is survived by his Wife of 41 years Jennifer; Two Sons Derek and Dylan; Soon to be Daughter in Law Amber; Two Granddaughters Ivy & Bella, and siblings Ilene Kroll & Christopher Adkins, along with many nieces and nephews.
Eric was a huge baseball fan and loved to root for the Detroit Tigers. He enjoyed collecting multiple copies of the Bible along with reading different scriptures inside. He was a fan of The Beatles, and like to play the game Strat-O-Matic. When it was time to relax Eric would love to watch the birds right outside his window.
Eric is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Jerry, Michael, and Jeffrey Adkins and his sister Inez Adkins.
There are no services scheduled at this time as the family is planning a celebration of life for a later date.
