She was born in Deep Water, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Isaac and Ellen Miller. Wanda was the beloved wife of 40 years to the late William Neece, who predeceased her on September 14, 2019; loving mother of Christine Kerley; cherished grandmother of Hershel III, Mark, Angela, Christopher, Tiffani, Kristy, Tyler, Ryan, Autumn, William and Lucas; adored great-grandmother of Alexus, Audriana, Hershel IV, KJ, Angelica, Christopher Jr., Alahna, Richie III, Serena and Mark Jr. ; dear sister of Janet Adkins, Delong Miller, Denny Miller and the late Betty Persinger; devoted aunt of many. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, she will be remembered for her compassion and strong family values.
