Tim, that was precious....indeed your father in law was in the same rank as your dad (pop).

It has taken me a long time to put words down, how difficult a task for such a great man.He was my friend as well as my Father in law tho i called him Pops because he was so much more to me then Father in law.I am grateful for the time he spent here with us I was able to truly see what a kind and loving man he was and I can only hope that I can be half the man he was.Roscoe you will truly be missed and I am proud to have called you "Pops" Rest in peace

Dan and I have known Roscoe for many years.  He always had a giant smile and a huge heart to listen with.  We will miss him greatly.

Attended Abram Creek Baptist Church with Roscoe. He was a very pleasant and Godly man and will truly be missed.

My prayers are with you all.  I loved Uncle Roscoe like a father.  He was my hero. He was always there to help those in need.  Providing others with both emotional and physical support.  I loved him as a Father.
