Carol Sue Davis

She was born in Blue Pennant, W VA, the daughter of the late Fred and Goldie (nee Davis) Johnson. She is the beloved wife of the late Daniel Lewis Davis Sr. and life partner of the late Verlon Douglas King; loving mother of Daniel Lewis Davis Jr. (deceased at infancy), Donald Lewis Davis (Rebecca, deceased), Dennis Leon Davis Sr. (Priscilla), Marvin Gregory Davis (Elizabeth), Bonnie Sue Goodrich (James), Robert Homes Davis (Karen), Caroline Lynn Zevorich (Jonathan) and Daniel Lewis Davis Jr. (deceased); cherished grandmother of Christopher, Shawn, Tiffany, John, Angel, Eric, Corey, Donald Jr., Dennis Jr., Elizabeth, Amanda, Nicholas Alan (deceased), Sarah, Kathy, Stephanie, Nichole, Matthew, Chad Jr., Ashley, Danielle, Leeann, Shyann, Virginia, Dakota, Daniel Jr. II, Daniel Thompson and great-grandmother of many; dear sister of Sylvia Cottrell and the late Katie, Janet, Betty, Kenny, Jiggs and Darius; adored aunt of many.

Carol enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her cat Bella. Her hobbies included countless hours at the casino, flea markets and scrapping. Carol stayed active tending to her rose garden and maintaining her home. Her greatest joy in life was her children, knowing they were happy and well cared for and will always be watching over them from heaven.

A visitation for Carol will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 2PM-4PM and 6PM-8PM at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 14768 Lorain Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44111 where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at West Park Cemetery, 3942 Ridge Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44144.
