Beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee Rosenblatt). Loving father of Toni Bauman (Andy), John (Stephanie) Goodman, Kevin (Tracy) Goodman and Kim Goodman Banda. Cherished grandfather of Brendan (deceased), Brittany, Alexander Bauman, Cara (fiancée Jordan), Jared, Samantha Goodman, Joshua, Daniel Goodman, Delaney, Brenna, Donavan, Brock and Danica Banda. Cherished great grandfather of Kehlani and Kyomi. Henry was predeceased by his brothers Vincent, Frank and William and sisters Joan, Mary and Kay.
Henry was born November 3,1934 to Peter and Ellen Goodman (both deceased) in Liverpool England. He attended St. Dominic’s Grade School in Liverpool through eighth grade. He left England after the war as a teen and joined the England Merchant Marines. He visited ports all around the world and came to the port in Cleveland while stationed in Toronto in the late 50’s.
He met his wife Shirley and married on November 13, 1960. He attended John Hay night school getting his high school degree and completed a two-year degree at Tri-C.
Henry was a school bus driver for the Cleve Hts-Univ. Hts School District assisting special needs children. He was known for his solid work ethic and made friends with everyone he met.
Besides his family, his greatest joy was playing and watching football (soccer).
Memorial services for Henry will be held at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Hts, OH 44118 on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at 11 AM, starting with a Masonic Service.

Family will receive friends at 17544 Lakesedge Trail, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023 following services until 7:00 pm Sunday only.
