Dearly beloved husband of the late Marian; devoted father of Samuel (Jeannie Sperling), Ronald (Sara), Marc (Debbie deceased) and Beth Baskin (Bruce deceased); cherished grandfather of Chad, Raizel, Brindel, Nechama Dina, Yehoshua, Jeremy, Aaron, Brett and Bradley; loving great grandfather of 15; dear brother of the following deceased: Rose, Nellie, Anne, Marian, Bernice, Bessie, Kenneth and Edward.
Eugene was very devoted to Marian, and would visit her every day while she lived at Montefiore. He always inquired about his children and grandchildren and received great pleasure listening to stories about his great-grandchildren. He enjoyed watching the History channel and old movies. He loved dogs and birds and had many as pets. Eugene was quick with a joke and a smile. He was eager to express his opinion, as well as complain, about the state of political affairs. Eugene is with Marian again and will be in our hearts forever.
Private family services will be held at Mt. Olive Cemetery.
