Leah Annette Scott

Leah was a devoted and loving wife that was dedicated to her family. She also had a passion for teaching and working with children and was able to spend many years teaching preschoolers on Sundays. She also enjoyed her time volunteering during vacation Bible school and helping out where needed. Leah's desire to strengthen and grow her personal relationship with God led her to attending weekly Bible study groups where she always looked forward to learning more with each class.

She is survived by her husband Allan, and their two children, Julian and Emily (Josh). She is also survived by her mother, Linda Ruth, and Carlos Ruth whom she considered her dad.

A celebration of life service for Leah will be held Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Center Grove Baptist Church in Clemmons. The family will receive guests starting at noon with the service commencing at 1:00 pm. Afterwards a funeral procession will go to Westlawn Gardens of Memory for an interment service.

In lieu of flowers the family is suggesting donations to Salem Pregnancy Care Center in Winston-Salem.
