Donna M. Kozlowski

Donna was born in Chicago on January 16, 1958 to the late Stanley and Magdelene Briedelis. Nothing defined Donna more than her dedication to family and friends. She was a role model, best friend, jokester, therapist, mother, wife, and most importantly Nana.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Gilbert Kozlowski; son, Joseph Kozlowski (Emily); granddaughter, Savannah; close friends, the Pilnick family, Marge Tulik, and Regina Salvador; as well as many other loved ones.
