Cameron Gates Miller passed away on April 21, 2021 at the age of 24. Cameron was bright, witty, generous, and adventurous. He was a loving son and brother and a loyal friend. Cameron was born in Winston-Salem on June 4, 1996 and raised in Lewisville. He graduated from West Forsyth High School in 2014. Cameron then went to begin his bachelors of science at UNC Charlotte. He was currently pursuing that degree. He was an avid sports fan. Cameron enjoyed watching the Hornets and Panthers play with his friends. His friends also enjoyed playing video games with him, especially during the last year. He loved to travel the world and was always up for an adventure.
Cameron leaves behind his mother, Elizabeth “Libby” Miller; brother, Russell Miller (Casey Casten); uncle, Robert (Tina) Grubb; cousins, Gray Grubb, Ginny Earnhardt, and their families; and many good friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Milton Miller.
A celebration of Cameron’s life will be held on Sunday, April 25th at 2pm at Frank Vogler & Sons Funeral Home in Clemmons. Masks will be required. He will be laid to rest beside his father at Westlawn Gardens of Memory on Monday at 11am.
