Robert H. Day

Day, Robert H. 89, of Clearwater, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2014. He was born in Ypsilanti, MI April 6, 1925. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Rebecca, two sons Robert Jr. and Roger. He is survived by two sons, Jeffrey of Dade City, FL, Gregory of Clearwater and a granddaughter Nicole of Dade City.

Robert and family moved to Clearwater in 1971 from Ypsilanti, MI where they owned/operated The Clearwater Palms Motel for several years. Following, Robert worked part-time for Moss Feaster Funeral Home prior to eventually retiring to his current residence. He was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church.

Visitation will be held from 11am - Noon, Friday, May 16, 2014 at Moss Feaster Funeral Home 693 S. Belcher Road, Clearwater followed by a graveside service at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park at 12:30 PM.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to HPH Hospice of Pasco County.
