Norbert attended Light of Christ Catholic Church, was a former President of the Sertoma Club, belonged to Arthur Murray dance studios, and also the American Legion.
Norbert was a photographer in the U.S. Navy and served during the Korean War.
He was an avid golfer and talented dancer.
Norbert was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Theresa, his first wife Lucia, his second wife Betty and 9 siblings. He is survived by 3 sisters, Alberta, Virginia and Cecilia, 1 brother John, stepsons Al and John,
3 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Norbert will be held Sunday, December 10, 2023 from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 2853 SUNSET POINT RD, CLEARWATER, FL 33759. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, 2860 SUNSET POINT RD, CLEARWATER, FL 33759.
