Marion Marcella McKinney Johnson, 94, passed away peacefully on Saturday Sept. 17, 2022 at Countryside Rehab Center in Clearwater. Formally of Palm Harbor. She was born on July 6, 1928 in Nashville, TN. She was a member of the First Baptist Church Ozona/ Palm Harbor.
She is preceded in death by her husband Specs, sister Jane Fox, Mother Francis Dyce, Father Fonnie McKinney. She is survived by daughters: Susan Weinfurter(William), Ginger Johnson; son, Richard (Patricia); sisters: Linda Dasher and Linda Nearing; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
A visitation for Marcella will be held Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park and Funeral Home followed by a funeral service at 1:00pm, 2853 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759. Interment at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park after the conclusion of the funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Florida Baptist Children Home in Lakeland, FL.
