Carter, Lorraine, 70, of Clearwater, passed away on July 27, 2023. She was born in New York City. Lorraine was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother with a ready smile and vivacious spirit who cared deeply about her family, her friends, and her dogs. She is survived by husband Jan, sons Tim and Andy, Tim’s wife Jessica, and grandchildren Madelyn and Cooper. A service for Lorraine will be held at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, 2853 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, on Tuesday, August 1 at 11 am. A reception for Lorraine will be held Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 2853 SUNSET POINT RD, CLEARWATER, FL 33759, followed by a memorial service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
