James Allen Bowman, 77 of 320 S. Glenwood Ave. Clearwater Florida, passed away December 2, 2023. Jim was born in Peru Township, Miami, Indiana on December 17, 1945. Jim Graduated 1965 from Kokomo High School in Indiana. He married Amiee Bowman on May 1,1965 in Kokomo Indiana. Jim worked in Law Enforcement beginning with the first academy class for the Clearwater Police Department then to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. He retired from Florida's State Fire Marshall's Office as a arson investigator. Jim loved carpentry, and yard work with his wife Amiee. Jim is survived by his son Brian A. Bowman, his grandson Cody A. Bowman, granddaughter Heather Bowman, his siblings Herb Mullen, John Bowman, Bruce Bowman, Daniel Thomas. Funeral arrangements will be held at 1pm, December 10, 2023 at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Funeral Home 2853 Sunset Point Rd. Clearwater Florida.
