Glenn Edward Stewart, age 57, of St. Petersburg, passed away suddenly on November 2, 2019. Beloved by surviving parents, Joseph and Virginia; daughter, Hailey; brother, Kevin; sister Kelly Krupp (Jason). Service at 1:30 p.m. on November 17 at Anona United Methodist Church.
He was born on February 20, 1962 in Pottstown, PA. Though Glenn lived in Florida for most of his life, he held his Pennsylvania family close to his heart, maintaining connections through visits, emails, FaceBook, and phone calls. Glenn grew up in Florida and attended Pinellas Park High School. He was active in their choral program, creating lasting friendships bonded by the power of music. A jack of all trades, from sound technician to culinary expert, to tiling and remodeling homes, Glenn could design, create or fix anything with his hands. His carpentry craft was innate and impeccable. Glenn worked tirelessly to complete his remodeling jobs with pride and quality care. Glenn’s pride and joy was his beautiful daughter Hailey. He loved her more than life itself. Not only did Glenn work hard as a single dad to support his daughter, he was very involved with his family, especially his parents. Offering to them a source of infinite unconditional support. They were a good team! Glenn loved playing golf with his buddies, enjoyed fishing with his daughter, and playing fake poker live pro on his phone to relax. Glenn was an active member of Anona United Methodist church for many years.
Friends and family are invited to a celebration of Glenn’s life at 1:30 p.m. on November 17 at Anona United Methodist Church traditional sanctuary, 13233 Indian Rocks Rd, Largo, FL 33774.
In lieu of flowers, Anona United Methodist church is accepting contributions for Glenn’s daughter, Hailey (check memo: “For Hailey”).
