Carroll E. Oliver, of Palm Harbor, Florida passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022. He was born in Meigs County, TN on December 8, 1934. He joined the Air Force in June of 1956. Ed was honorably discharged as a Master Sergeant in September, 1974. Ed then became a Civil Servant to the Air Force as a successful Golf course Manager for 14 years. Upon double retirement he moved to Florida to be near his children and enjoy his life passion, "golf".
He was survived by his daughter, Beth Anne Howell and son-in-law Keith Howell (stepdaughter, Karen Gentry), granddaughter-in-law, Brittany Howell, and grandson-in-law, Nicholas Howell.
A graveside service with military honors will take place on Thursday, January 12th at 1pm at Bay Pines National Cemetery. Please arrive 15 minutes early at the cemetery office at Bay Pines.
