Shelley Ann Smith, age 63, of Clearfield, Pennsylvania passed away on Monday, November 11, 2019 in Colorado.
Shelley was born March 5, 1956 to the late H. Arlan Smith and Helen “Honey” Axelson Smith.
She is survived by her sisters, Susan Zelenky (Joseph) of DuBois, Mary Beth Duke (Steven) of Great Falls, Mont., and Linda Smith of Germansville; as well as her two daughters, Caitlin Allison and Sarah (Noah, Evelyn, Faith) Foisy, and Shelley's significant other, Greg Hamburg.
Visitation and a time of remembrance will be held at the Bennett & Houser Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday, August 2, 2021 from 10-2 PM. Inurnment will be held at Bradford Cemetery.
