Richard "Dick" Horak

He was born on January 30, 1930 in Reynoldsville, Pa, the son of Edward Vincent and Anna (Feldbauer) Horak.

Mr. Horak was Christian by Faith.

He had a forty two year career with Riverside Market as manager and owner.

Mr. Horak was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Clearfield Lodge #540 and the Bee Hollow Hunting Club.

He is survived by his wife, Constance “Connie” (Campanini) Horak of Clearfield whom he married on June 6, 1953, three sons; Michael Horak and his wife Debbie, of Landenberg, PA, Edward Horak and his wife Nancy, of DuBois, PA and David Horak and his wife Maritess, of Gloucester, MA and two grandchildren; Richard Horak and Susan Horak both of DuBois, PA.

Mr. Horak was the last member of his generation having been preceded in death by his parents, five sisters and one brother.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 6:00 PM at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield with Rev. John F. White officiating. Interment will be in the Lakelawn Memorial Park, Reynoldsville, PA.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday, August 16th from 2:00 PM until the hour of the services.
