Nancy V. Kephart

She was born on February 18, 1945 in Morrisdale, PA, the daughter of Kenneth and Mabel Edna (Smeal) Lytle.

Ms. Kephart was a homemaker.

She was Methodist by faith.

Ms. Kephart is survived by five children; Douglas Lytle, Ashley “Butch” Kephart and his wife Marsha of Altoona, Kenneth Kephart and his wife Jessica of Tyrone, William Scott Kephart and his wife Molly of Fulton and Sara Shirey and her husband Mike of Clearfield, several grandchildren, including Kimberly and Christopher, several great grandchildren, her companion of twenty four years, Gary Smith of Clearfield, numerous nieces and nephews and her best friends; Nancy Sharpless and Shelby Wilson.

She was the last member of her generation having been preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter, Sheena Lytle and two brothers; Lee and Jack Lytle.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield with Rev. Sam Maines officiating. Interment will be in the Reidy Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. and on Thursday from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of services.
