Alice A. Lumadue

Born on September 17, 1943 in Mineral Springs, PA she was the daughter of Leonard and Madeline (Aveni) Wisor.

Alice was a devout member of Calvary Church of God, Mineral Springs and was baptized with the Holy Spirit on June 5, 1977. She was a spirit filled believer until she passed and was known for her spirit of selflessness.

Alice was a waitress at the Clearfield Dutch Pantry, retiring after 35 years of service.

Because of her love for singing, Alice became a member of the Calvary Church of God singing group, Redeemed. She loved spending time with her family and had an artistic talent in drawing portraits.

As a single mom she devoted her time to her daughters and all of her family. Her siblings always remember fondly how generous Alice was to them in their youth.

Alice is survived by three daughters, Annette Aughenbaugh and her husband, Douglas of Clearfield, PA, Penny Staples and her husband, Daniel of North Top Sail Beach, NC, and Trudy G. Lumadue, of Clearfield, PA; 13 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by six siblings, Vera Parks and her husband, John, Arthur Wisor, Marshall Wisor and his wife, Bonnie, Dorothy Maines and her husband, Rev. Sam Maines, Leonard Wisor and his wife, Lori all of Mineral Springs, PA, Pastor Stanley Wisor and his wife, Diane of Bigler, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Alice is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Marl L. Wisor, and three sisters, Elva Lumadue, Glenda Hummel, and Connie Wisor and her still-born daughter.

Friends will be received at The Bennett & Houser Funeral Home, Inc., 312 E Locust St., Clearfield, PA on Sunday, October 1 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. in the funeral home. Rev. Joshua Maines will be the officiant.

Interment will be in the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland, PA.
