Military graveside rites will be conducted 10:00 am Thursday, December 30, 2021 at the Florence National Veteran’s Cemetery in Florence South Carolina.
Martin was born in Brooklyn, New York on December13, 1937 to the late Jack Platt and the late Shirley Zlobinsky Platt.
He was a Veteran of the United States Marines Corp, and was proud to serve his country. Martin enjoyed playing cards and spending time with his family.
Martin is survived by his beloved, Mimi Woods; his children, Michael, Richard and his wife Karen, Lorrie and her husband Dutch; grandchildren, PJ, Paige, Justin and Jason, Kimberly and James; and brother, Carl and wife Hya , nephews Teddy and Daniel. Martin was fortunate to have Mimi 's daughters, Donna ,Jackie and Diane in his life and loved them dearly.
