A graduate of Indiana University, Jennifer spent her life dedicated to education. She was an eternal optimist, who would light up a room.
Devoted to her family, a loving mother, daughter, and friend to all she met.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 29, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the McLaurin Funeral Home Chapel in Clayton. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
She is survived by two sons, Cameron Michael Summers and Beau Michael Summers of the home, her parents, Joseph G. Garner and Debra K. Garner of Clayton, one brother, Joseph G. Garner, Jr. and wife Nicole of Leland, her paternal grandmother, Mildred Garner Lindsey of Hopewell, VA, a niece, Kinley Garner, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
