I was deeply saddened to learn of Ernie's 
passing,we were life long friends.We went
through grade school & high school together -
CHS. class of 1959.I have fond memories of
visiting him at Rancho Moreno during our
jr.high & high school years.I knew his entire
family ,they were all good people. RIP my
friend.

 Ernie will always hold a special place in our hearts.  He was generous, kind-hearted and friend to all who knocked at the door.  You, my friend, will be dearly missed.  May God bless you, dear family as you go through this valley and may He hold you closely in His comfort.

It was a blessing to have known Ernest.  I enjoyed the tips that he would give me about food and his warm and pleasant personality.  Will keep your family in my prayers.

Thinking of the entire Moreno family and sending our love and prayers.  We enjoyed many years sharing stories, jokes and faith with Ernest.  He was a delightful man with so much character.  We will miss is presence at the family events but know he will always be with us.  May the comfort of Ernie returning home to our heavenly father bring everyone some peace. We were so truly blessed to have such great neighbors.  I have so many wonderful memories of Ernie.  I have to share the time my sister and I were fighting in the front yard, Ernie was so worried he ran over to break up the fight.  As soon as we saw him running towards us, we stopped fighting and he said "thank goodness you two stopped fighting, I thought I was going to have to get the hose out to get you two to stop"...  I love you Ernie!!!  Sending prayers!!!

I will always remember Ernie as one of the warmest people I ever met and these photos show the amazing love he had and that he gave to everyone around him. My prayers are with you for comfort during this very difficult time.

My daddy.... I miss you so much and yet count myself blessed to have been your daughter. God has called home one of his most precious creations in you, Pops. You were unfailingly loving, understanding, and taught me many important lessons with humor and clarity. My children were also blessed to have one of the best grampa's ever. There was only ONE uncle Ernie.  From childhood to adulthood you remained in my heart and you always will.  Thank you for being an amazing husband, father and friend.  Your gift of comedy and kind spirit will be sorely missed.  My prayers for your devoted wife aunt Theresa and your children and grand kids who will miss you beyond words.  Thanks for being there for me a number of years back during a really difficult time, you are so loved and I am thankful to have been your niece.  A Hui Hou (until we meet again) love you always~

My greatest source of unconditional love.  I will always remember the kindness you showed me and the lessons you taught me. I wish you could have met her, you would have loved her.  Every cherished childhood memory has you in it, from the age of 4 when I walked you down the isle to this day right now when you are so deeply missed. I am so very sorry my Uncle Ernie has gone, I loved him very much! He always loved to tell me when he was young he had had a girlfriend from Las Cruces. He will be missed!

So glad I was fortunate enough to know Ernie.  He was such a gentle and kind man with a sense of humor.
