Walter J. Schrier Jr.

Walter J. Schrier, Jr., age 76, of Crestwood, IL, passed away on Thursday, October 12. He is now at peace after a long battle with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). Formerly of Chicago, Walter was born November 14, 1940 to Walter J. Schrier Sr. and Catherine (nee Moore). Beloved husband of 50 years to Collette (nee Stone) Schrier; Loving father to Laura and Chris Bieniek, Wally Schrier III, and Steve and Tina Schrier. Cherished Grandpa/Papa to Ricky, Jason, Cassie, Walter IV, Payton and Jackson. Adored brother to Donna (nee Schrier) Scarriot, the late June (nee Schrier) Derkacy and Doris Schrier. Dear Uncle/Great-Uncle to Phil, Stacey, Mercedes and Mason Derkacy; Missy and John Krause; Tom Derkacy; Dave, Betsy, Joe and Nick Scarriot; Michael Scarriot; Natalie and Eric Phillips.
