Theresa Marie Johnsen, age 77, of Chicago, Illinois passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 15, 2022. Theresa was born November 5, 1944.
Survived by her loving husband, Norman, of 58 years. Loving mother of Kim Martinez; Dear grandmother of Ryan (fiancée Jillian), Miranda (fiancée Justin), and Alex; Cherished sister of Veronica "Cookie" (Bob) Dominiack. Preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Michalik and Jean Puhala. Theresa will be missed by many, including nieces and nephews.
