Richard Hilario Mendoza, 89, longtime Chicago resident and born in the Philippines, passed away Feb. 13, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Victoria Agapito; loving father of Ronald, Rene and Rosalyn Mendoza; cherished grandfather of Autumn and Anthony; dear brother of Lourdes Sancianco and the late Arturo, Frederic, Rudolfo, Romeo and Ernesto Mendoza and Josefina Santa Romana; fond uncle of many. Visitation Sunday, 3 – 8 p.m. at Drake & Son Funeral Home, 5303 N. Western Ave., Chicago where prayers will be said at 10:15 a.m. Monday, February 20th to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 708 W.
