James Charles Rogers, age 72, of Chicago, was a United States Marine Corp. Veteran; beloved husband of Beverly Rogers; loving father of Daniel (Stacey) Rogers; adoring grandfather of James Daniel and Caroline Kelly Rogers; dear brother of John (Cathy) Rogers, Cathy Rogers, Joseph Rogers, Robert Rogers, Richard Rogers, Mary Polios, and the late Dennis Rogers; closest cousin of David Rogers who was like a brother to him; caring uncle of Joshua, Timothy, Thomas, Matthew and Alexander Rogers, and Nina Polios; fond friend of many. He would love to be remembered as an avid sports fan of all the Chicago sports teams (even the Cubs), a hard worker and provider for his family.
