Conor Francis Sharpe, age 56, died suddenly in his home in Carol Stream, Illinois on Sunday, September 24, 2017. Pre-deceased by his parents, Daniel and Kathleen Sharpe; loving brother of Neil (Lona) Sharpe, Deirdre (Jonathan) Makielski, Finola (Liam) Keegan, Celine (Paul) Cronin; doting uncle of Maeve (Jason) Dill, Rory (Kathleen) Makielski, Kiera (Hannah) Makielski, Liz Sharpe (god-daughter), Daniel Cronin and Meghan Cronin; nephew, cousin and friend of many, both here and in Ireland. Conor worked at U.S. Cellular as a Network Field Engineer for many years. He was a graduate of St. Mary’s University, Winona, MN and was a member of the Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity. Conor was the best comic, giver of himself, worst at answering his phone and the best “Mr. Fix-it”. “We love you man”.
