Brandi M. Schultz

Brandi M. Schultz, age 44, of Blue Island, Illinois passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2022. Brandi was born August 25, 1977. Beloved mother of Dylan and Shawn Hanton; cherished daughter of Frank and late Debbie Schultz; dear sister of Mandi Schultz; and loving aunt of Elsie Schultz; survived by Dan Hanton.

Brandi was a caring individual who possessed great strength and courage. Her friends remark how she helped them through difficult times in their lives with her calming presence and advice. Brandi had a loyal following of readers of her spiritual work through astrology. She was known to her readers as "Avalon" which had over 8,000 followers.

She loved her children and was very proud of them, making sure she attended all their activities. She had a goal of being part of the local school board and was finally accepted, only to be given her cancer diagnosis which halted her plans.

She was also dedicated to her niece Elsie, who she shared a special bond with.

During her illness she continued to fight until the very end. Her strength and determination will never be forgotten.

A visitation for Brandi will be held Wednesday, August 17, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home, 6901 West Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634. Following the visitation will be a prayer service at 7:30 PM.
