I am truly sorry to hear of the passing of Anna.  My sincere condolences to her family.
She was the very essence of  the family spirit at the  Railroad Retirement Board.  Friendly and always with a smile,  willing to do what was necessary.  As a Board Member,  I appreciated the effort and role she played for the Board.

Anna was a bright beacon of light at the RRB!  I would run into her from time to time in the hallways or on the elevator, and she would always flash that bright and happy smile and say: "How you doing, Barb?"  I will always remember her cheerful laugh.  I had no idea that she had been suffering from an illness.  God bless her and may she rest in Peace.  Our deepest sympathy to her family.  

Anna was the ideal Railroad Retirement Board employee.  I never saw her without a smile. Her cheerful demeanor at the office rubbed off on  everyone. She will definitely be missed. My prayers to her family.

Anna may have lost the battle with this awful disease but she put up a good fight.  Anna was always positive, strong and never complained about the many procedures, treatments and especially the pain she experienced.
Anna never dwelled on her illness and always asked and was concerned about everyone else.  She was a  kind and compassionate person. 
I am blessed that Anna and I had been friends for many years and will miss her dearly.   My thoughts and prayers are with Anna’s family through this difficult time. Take comfort in knowing that she is no longer suffering. 

Anna and Dan weren't just my "besties."  For me, they were family.  I cannot begin to describe my anguish over having lost both of them now.  It is absolutely heart wrenching.

I am very grateful that, in both instances, I could say goodbye before each exited this stage.

God speed to you - good woman - and please give me a nod when you and Dan next dance.  I'll wait.

I have had the pleasure of working closely with Anna for the last nine years. During this time we  became friends. She was someone so easy to talk to and always willing to listen. It’s no wonder she made so many friends at the RRB.  I shared in the journey of her illness and was in awe of her courage and grace, during which she never once complained.  I am blessed to have known Anna and I will miss her dearly. My prayers and sympathy to Dana and her entire family who she often spoke about with such pride and joy. We  may have lost a mother, a sister, a grandmother, an aunt or a friend,  but the Lord received into his kingdom a most beautiful angel who lives on in our hearts. Rest In Peace my dear friend.

I worked with Anna on several committees at the RRB many years ago.  She was always warm, compassionate and dedicated.  I admired her ability to push through the difficult and unpleasant sessions to find the greater good and the best solution for everyone.  She was a gentle soul with a kind heart and a fierce love for her family.  To her family, cherish your memories of her and lean on one another during this difficult time.  And remember, Anna had a positive impact on the world and she will be deeply missed.

Anna was always so positive, happy, smart, willing to help and a genuine good soul. We shared lots of laughter and some tears but Anna was never down for long.  You will be missed my friend.  Dana and Estevan, you have an angel watching over you.
