Andre Malek

We sadly announce the passing of our dad, Andre Malek who departed on October 7th, 2023. He was born on January 7, 1934 and resided in Chicago, and later lived his final days in Lebanon, his birth place. He survived his wife Younia Malek who passed on April 1, 2001

Surviving family members are sons Charles Malek wife Nahriene, Paul Malek wife Aline, Mario Malek wife Patty, and daughters Paulette Malek Royal, Marlene Malek, Charlotte Malek Backman husband Sune. His grandchildren are Peter, Rima, Andrew, Amanda, Georgie, Stephen, Jared, Nadia, Gianna, Natalie, Charlie, Great Grandchild James.

Our dad has joined his siblings, as he was the last one here with us. I’m sure there is a great reunion happening in Heaven. ❤️Simon Malek, George Malek, Wilson Malek, Rose Haddad

Friends and family will gather for a visitation for Andre that will be held Tuesday, October 17th, 2023 at Mar Sargis Parish Skokie, 5050 Church Street, Skokie, Illinois 60077 from 9:30 am until time of service at 10:00 am. Interment will be at 1:15 pm at Elmwood Cemetery, 2905 Thatcher Road, River Grove, Illinois 60171
