Samuel Robert Park has passed away at the age of 66. He left behind a lot of people who loved him so if anyone was left out, Sammy would tell you to get over it. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, two sisters and best friend, Frank “Poppy” Brown. He leaves behind his baby sister, Melissa Coursey, children, Benjamin Lee Park and Kristene Eola Nicole Park, his son in law What’s his Name, his grandog Fanny, his running buddies Robert Flake and David Lomenick, the Brown family and his favorite person to build homemade projectiles with Chase Brown. Sam loved to volunteer his time with various organizations including Remote Area Medical clinics that have provided free medical care to over 900,000 people. If Sammy loved you, you knew you had him on your side whether it was for a shoulder to cry on or someone to raise hell with. He always ended his conversations with two questions. Firstly, “What do you always remember?” You were expected to answer him “You love me and you’re proud of me.” He would then ask “Will that ever change?” The answer was and is no that will never change. Love and Pride Forever.
