He was preceded in death by his mother, Jo Ann West; father, Edward Moore, Sr.; sister, Barbara Moore; brothers, Edward Moore, Jr. and Tyrone Talley.
Melvin is survived by his sisters, Betty Talley, Kathy Talley, Judy McCrary and Sharon; brothers, Antwon Spivey and Calvin West; aunt and devoted Caregiver, Margaret West and aunt, Bertha Congo; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Graveside Services will be on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Highland Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 2116 Shepherd Rd, Chattanooga, TN.
