Linda D Pierce

She was born April 17, 1952, in Utica, NY, and was adopted by Carlos and Eleanore (Benton) Doolittle. Linda attended New Hartford, NY schools from kindergarten through graduation in 1970. After graduation, she decided to travel, eventually settling back in the New Hartford area where she met and married William Pierce. They purchased Hotel Prospect and operated it for four years, after which they relocated to Daytona Beach, FL. Linda moved to Chattanooga, TN in 2000.

Linda was predeceased by her parents.

She is survived by her loving best friend and son, Bradley, his wife Ayesha, and their children Jannah, Maryam, Ibrahim and Fatima. She also leaves behind a brother, William Doolittle and his wife Nancy.

There will be a small, graveside memorial service at Hamilton Memorial Gardens on Monday January 9th 2023 at 2pm EST. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to any local animal rescue or the donor’s choosing.
