Joseph was born July 20, 1963 to the union of Joseph Daniel and Mattie Lois (Foust) Robinson. He accepted Christ at an early age at Thankful Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Sullivan Coleman.
He was preceded in death by his father Joseph D. Robinson, Sr.
Grandparents: William T. and Maxie Robinson Connor and Gabe Connor; and Will and Pauline Foust.
Joseph and all who knew him called him “Joe” but many affectionately knew him as “Joe 2”. Joe was the “go to” guy in the family when any of us needed help getting things done. He was always there.
Joe worked numerous odd jobs over the years, especially lawn care.
During this illness, you would see Joe reading his Bible and his Daily Bread and in conversations he would always say “my heart is right with God”.
Joe made his transition from this earthly body on June 27, 2018. He was 54 years old.
He leaves to cherish his memories, mother; Mattie Lois Robinson; Sisters: Cynthia (Michael) Chapman; Warnesta Robinson; Brothers: Jeffrey, William (Cathy), Darryl and Johnny Robinson Sr, all of Chattanooga.
Uncle: Rev. Dr. Marshall (Jean) Robinson; Aunts: Geraldine Blue, Milwaukee, WI; Edith Robinson Swafford and Janie Robinson, both of Chattanooga.
