He was preceded in death by his parents, Louise Smith and Hubert Smith Sr.; his sister, Linda Baldwin; and his brother, Toney Lebron Smith (Redbone).
He leaves to cherish his treasured memory, beloved sisters, Carolyn Doggett, Linda Hall (Jimmy Hall) and Jacqueline S. McCain; wife, Deborah Smith; devoted niece, Katrina Fisher (Robert Fisher); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends, He was an active member of Fields Chapel AME Methodist Church in Summit TN.
Boo worked as a truck driver for over 30 years and he worked for K&K Waste Disposal for 13 years. He spent his time making other people smile and he made the life of anyone he touched better for knowing him; to know him was to have a forever friend.
Each and every day he found the hidden treasures in life. His stories always made us smile and pay attention to the little things all around us. He was a devoted church member, Brother, Uncle and friend.
Boo worked hard and he always had a story to tell and a smile to share. He was always wherever we needed him. We will miss his jolly spirit. He will be forever missed and his memory will be forever cherished.
There will be a Celebration of Life Ceremony on Saturday, October 30th from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm in the Banquet Room of Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services-Franklin-Strickland Chapel.
