Donetta Willette Brown

Donetta Willette Brown, 66, was born August 5, 1955 to James Kilgore, father and Jessie Brown, mother. Donetta peacefully gained her wings on Thursday, March 10, 2022. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee and was educated in the Chattanooga School System.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandmother, Jessie Johnson, her aunt Lucille Brown, grandson, Isaiah Nolan Brown, and Foster mother Essie Reese.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving son, Tijuan (Hailey)Brown, granddaughter, Kyla Madison, three sisters; Alice (Dana) Montgomery, Sue Kilgore, and LaTonya Kilgore, all of Chattanooga. Brothers; John Robert (Barbara) Kilgore, North Little Rock, Arkansas., Vinson Kilgore, Dalton Georgia., Marshall Kilgore, Los Angeles, California and Frankie Draper of Chattanooga, TN, God-Brothers, Christopher Smith, Dexter Smith, God-Sisters, Cynthia Honeysucker, Star Lackey. Niece, Jasmine Honeysucker, Nephew, Tyler Lackey. Several other nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 3:00-6:00 at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, Franklin Strickland Chapel 1724 McCallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404. Funeral Service will occur Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Advantage Funeral & Cremation, Franklin Strickland. A committal service will occur at Highland Cemetery, Shepherd Road.
