He was born December 14, 1950 in Missouri to the late Gene & Vivian Olson.
He was a professor of business at Southern Adventist University for 28 years. He was Faculty Emeritus at Southern Adventist University.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Susan Olson; son, Clint (Dayra) Olson of Chattanooga; daughter, Elizebeth Pennell of Chattanooga; seven grandchildren; brother, Gary (Shelley) Olson of Dalton; sisters, Kathy Reeves of Collegedale and Penny (Jeff) Fryer of Ft. Collins, CO; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at Collegedale Community Church.
