My condolences to family, Mr. Bobby was always a great neighbor and friendly person. I would always wave at him when visiting my family in Tennessee. He will be truely missed.

Uncle Bobby was a great man. I am his nephew by way of my Aunt Delma and uncle Harold Jones. Coming up as a child when I spent time at my Aunt Delma and Uncle Harold's home and was fortunate to see Bobby it was always a great moment to chat and spend a moment with Uncle Bobby. S.I.P my uncle. Love you !!!

We are here when you need us, all you have to do is call. 

My name is Mitzi Blount and Bobby and Joe are my brother Kenya godparents; however, they treated me, my sister and older brother as if we were their godchildren as well.  On Dec 2019 my family was traveling at night and Bobby was very concerned about our safety on the dark secluded roads of SC.  We told him we should arrive in 2 hours and he told us we better call him as soon as we  arrive at our destination or he was going to call the police and report us missing.  Bobby called us in 1 hour and 58 minutes  stating that he hadn't heard from us and he was getting ready to put a missing person report out on us.  Fortunately we arrived safely and Bobby was able to rest well and not call the police.  We truly love Bobby and will miss him very much.  Our condolences go out to Joe and the rest of the family.

I spent a lot of time visiting 401 Herzl St.  Always welcomed with opened arms & a warm  smile.  As my Son said just Good People.  I will miss you Cousin Bobby but you leave me with some memories of the best times of my youth.  I am the better for lessons you taught me.  You will be missed down here but your with you Parents & your Brothers. “ Let my works speak for me” yours speaks loud & clear. I have known Bobby and Jo since I was 6 years old.  My parents, Harry and Mary Blount were best friends to Bobby and Jo for years while living in Brooklyn, New York.  My sister, Mitzi made it possible for ALL of us to meet in Atlanta approximately 10 years ago and it was the most memorable reunion.  The running joke between Bobby and I since I was 6 years old was, "Teacher," (he couldn't pronounce my name ever) sing Midnight Train to Georgia for me and I will buy you a car when you get 21."  I would sing my little heart out and he would applaud.  I am now 62 and he still didn't buy my car.  He joked about it the last time we visited him on December 27, 2019.  I will miss his laughter, jokes, the mispronunciation of my name and my car.  I will cherish those memories forever.  Jo, you know we love you and are here for you always and forever.  May Bobby Rest In Peace
