Thomas D. Daly, age 86, of South Chatham, MA was born in Brooklyn, NY and passed away on February 18, 2024 at Cape Cod Hospital, Hyannis, MA. Tom was the beloved husband of Caroline E. Daly for 58 years. He is also survived by his children, Kelly Rehman, Sean (Stacey) Daly, Liam (Brandee) Daly, Patricia (Joseph) Gaffney along with his grandchildren, Benjamin, Sara, Ali, and Rafia Rehman, Kyle, Taylor and Ryan Daly, Joseph and Elizabeth (Lizzy) Gaffney, his nieces Erin (Peter) Watson, Susan and Dakota Braun. He was preceded in death by his sister, Regina Braun, his nephew, Kevin Braun and his grandson, Colby Daly.
His Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Grace Chapel, Rt. 137, South Chatham, MA on March 19, 2024 at 11:00 am. Burial will conclude at South Chatham Cemetery.
