Jessica Marie White

Jessica Marie Taylor White, age 39, received her wings on March 17, 2018 in a community that loved her very much. She was born in Covesville, VA on February 21, 1979. Her soul nourished people around with Love, Faith and her witty sense of humor. She was raised in the apple orchards of Covesville by her parents Grafton Taylor and his wife Pauline Taylor being one of ten children. By the age of 20 she had a daughter, Kierra Gentry, who she loved and lived for and as a single mother, raised her. She took pride in being the best mother she could ever be. She then met her husband Richard White (Bear) and resided in Waynesboro. Jessica brought joy to many childhood friends and also people she met later on in life. If you have ever the chance to get to know her you would find joy in her immediately. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Karen Johnston and Janet Ennis; and one brother, Gary Taylor. She leaves here to cherish her loving soul her daughter, Kierra Gentry; one aunt, Geraldine Taylor Trogdon (Jerri) ; one uncle, Jr. Taylor; and very close cousins, Kathy Taylor Shifflett, Matthew Johnston, and Johnathan Pence; her niece, Danielle Gibson; and her pet the she loved and cared for, Scruffy. Jessica will also be sorely missed by special friends Scotty Randell and Paul Hays and a host of other relatives and friends that are too many to mention, as she touched so many hearts. We would like to thank Teague Funeral Home as they will be conducting services for Jessica’s Homegoing. A memorial services will be conducted 1:00 pm March 22, 2018 at the Teague Chapel. We encourage you to join us as we will celebrate her life and her homegoing.
