Sybil Ianthe Walcott, age 84, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023.
Sybil passed away peacefully on Monday January 23, 2023, at Peak Resources in Charlotte, NC. Sybil was born in Bridgetown Barbados, moved to Chester, PA in the early 1970’s and then moved to Charlotte, NC in 1992.
Sybil is survived by her husband Willoughby Walcott, her sister Marion Clarke, brothers Andy, Douglas and Harvey Clarke. And a host of nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 27 in the chapel at Wilson Funeral and Cremation Service, 5301 Albemarle Rd, Charlotte with Reverend John Bremer officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
