Robert Raymond Williams Jr.

Robert was born on January 14, 1947, in Richmond, Virginia, to the late Robert Williams, Sr. and Catherine Worsham Williams. He spent his career as a Salesman for Milk Hunter Farms until he retired. Robert had one son, Steve, and he was overjoyed to become a grandfather to six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Robert had a positive attitude and had a happy demeanor with everybody he spoke to. He was very generous and thoughtful. Robert was always willing to help anybody if they needed it. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved to go fishing. Robert also loved to play pool or watch television and movies. Robert leaves behind a legacy of kindness, generosity and joy to all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, Robert was predeceased by his wife, Nell E. Williams and stepson, Bob Jeffrey. Robert is survived by his son, Steve Williams; his grandchildren, Michelle Jeffrey, Matthew Jeffrey, Paul Jeffrey, Shane Brennan, Hunter Williams, and Gavin Williams; his seven great grandchildren; special friend, Dianna Lilly and family.

A graveside service for Robert will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Charlotte Memorial Gardens, 7632 Hood Rd, Charlotte, NC 28215.
