Mr. Seay, 43, of Charlotte, NC went to be with his heavenly Father on Nov. 27, 2011.

Rob spent most of his time helping and giving to others.

He enjoyed testifying to others about the Lord daily.

He enjoyed visiting different church services and has walked many miles to attend them. After graduating from high school, he joined the U.S. Army and received many awards and badges. He also served in Desert Storm. He is survived by his father, Robert H. Seay, Jr. and his wife, Irene, two brothers, Russell Seay, and Sean Seay and his wife Jennifer, one sister, Shannon Seay Gray and her husband Mike, and grandfather Robert Seay, Sr. He will be missed by a host of neices, nephews, aunts, uncle, cousins and friends.

Rob was preceded in death by his mother and best friend, Catherine Slack Seay.

Visitation will be held at McEwen Funeral Home, 5716 Monroe Rd. Charlotte, NC 28212, on Thursday, Dec.01, 2011 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. A service to celebrate Robert's life will follow at 2:00 pm. There will be a committal service with military honors at the Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd., Salisbury, NC, on Monday Dec 5, 2011 at 10 am.
