Robert graduated Hialeah High School in 1958. He went on to further his education at Miami University where he graduated with an MBA in Finance. He honorably served in the U. S. Army for two years during the Vietnam War. After returning home, he worked in Finance for over 50 years.
Robert married Brenda, and they were married for over 40 years.
In addition to his parents Clyde and Willa Brown, he was predeceased by his brother Ronald P. Brown.
He is is survived by his wife, Brenda, sons Timothy Jarrett Brown and Isaac Brownman; five grandchildren - Isaiah, Joshua, Elijah, Rebecah, and Juda Brownman.
A graveside service will be at 1 pm, Saturday, December 11, 2021, Sharon Memorial Park Cemetery, 5716 Monroe Rd., Charlotte, NC 28212.
